No Line Orange Flower ~ CCMC414 & TSOT278

Thursday!!!  Create with Connie and Mary!!! Yay!!!!!
We have a neat color combo for you to work your magic with this week!  I also chose to use the sketch from Try Stampin' On Tuesday #278.
Well, I just can't seem to stop watercoloring!  I tried to use my markers with this image first, but it just wasn't working out the way I wanted it to, so back to the good old aqua painter and ink pads!  I also used the no line watercolor technique again.  I like the look that it achieves.  I do have to say that this is not my best work ever, but oh well!

I did mix in a couple of neutrals on my card as well.  I used Sahara Sand and Early Espresso.

Here's a list of my supplies.....
Stamps: Butterfly Basics, Timeless Textures, Thoughtful Banners
Ink: Peek-a-boo Peach, Tangerine Tango, Cucumber Crush, Sahara Sand, Early Espresso
Paper: Tangerine Tango, Very Vanilla, Sahara Sand, Watercolor, Playful Palette DSP
Accessories: Linen thread, Duet Banner punch

Thanks for taking a peek and have a blessed day!
Jenny

  5. Beautiful Jenny - I'm a big fan of no-line watercolouring and you've used it to great effect here. I love how you used neutrals to tone down the brightness of this week's colour combo too, you've created a pretty vintage card where I wouldn't have thought it possible. Bravo!

  6. Jenny, I love the collage look on your card, which is a trend I am slowly embracing, but very much appreciating when others do it. Thanks for joining us at Try Stampin' on Tuesday this week! Crystal, DT
