Blue Free Birds ~ CCMC584

Hello stampers!  Today's card is for Create with Connie and Mary's new sketch challenge #584.  I chose to use my Free As A Bird set because I think it goes so nicely with the Stitched Nested Labels die shape, which mimics the shape in the sketch.
I decided to go with blue colored birds too.  I just love to see the many colors these birds can be done in! I used light Balmy Blue, Dark Pool Party, and light & dark Pretty Peacock Blends to color my birds.  The flowers are Rococo Rose, the leaves are Mossy Meadow, and the branch is crumb cake.

Thanks for taking a peek and have a blessed day!

Gleaming Christmas Holly ~ CCMC583, CTC250

Hi there stampers!  Today's card is for Create with Connie and Mary's newest color challenge featuring Pretty Peacock, Bermuda Bay, and Old Olive.  I thought these colors would show off the Christmas Gleaming stamp set nicely.  The main reason I got this set was for the holly leaf.  I just love it and I think the ornament looks fabulous hanging from it!
I also used Casing the Catty #250 to help me out with my design team card.  I cased the layout of the Early Espresso card in the middle on the right.  I really love this layout too!

Christmas Tree Ride ~ CCMC582, WWC242

Hello stampers!  Today's card is for Create With Connie and Mary's new sketch challenge.  I so enjoyed playing with the Ride With Me set for my last card that I couldn't resist using it again....this time in a Christmas Theme.  I'm entering my card into Watercooler Wednesday's Occasions Challenge as well.
My colors came from the Wrapped In Plaid DSP.  I used Night of Navy, Cherry Cobbler, and Shaded Spruce.  I colored the truck with my Blends Markers....I just love this look! Which Brings me to the Addicted to Stamps and More Make your Mark challenge!

I hope you'll play along with us at Create With Connie and Mary this week!

You're So Cool ~ CCMC581, CTC248

Hello there stampers!  Today's card might just be one of my all time favorites!  I love penquins and when I saw this Playful Penquins set in the Holiday Catalog I knew it had to be mine!  I thought it would be the perfect choice to use for this cool new color combo for Create With Connie and Mary this week, and I believe I was right!  I also played along with Casing the Catty 248 which asked us to case a layout in the Annual Catalog using Holiday Catalog products.  I cased the pig card on page 32.  It was perfect to get my creative juices flowing!

Some other new products I used were the Winter Knit EF and Snowflake Sequins.  I love that this set includes sentiments that aren't really Christmas sayings, like this one that says You're So Cool.  I think this would be perfect for a winter birthday!
