Cheers and Sips 21 ~ GDP528

Hello!  Today's card is one I made for my son to celebrate his 21st birthday.  I cased the designer, Ann Alexander, for the Global Design Project challenge #528.
Since the theme was turning 21, I chose to go with Cheers and Sips.  I fussy cut these fun glasses out of the DSP and arranged them to mimic the flower on Ann's card.  The vertical strip of DSP is also from Cheers and Sips.  I chose to go with a color palette of Secret Sea, Cloud Cover, and Timid Tiger.  I was trying to stick with masculine colors.

Here's a list of my supplies...
Stamps: Cheers and Sips
Ink: Secret Sea, Versa Mark
Paper: Secret Sea, Cloud Cover, Cheers and Sips DSP
Accessories: Moody Palette Glossy Dots, Garden & Glass EF

Classic Merry Christmas To You ~ HSS478, FF199, PP767

Hello!  Today's card is for Hand Stamped Sentiments color challenge for December. This is our last challenge for 2025.  Our colors are Shaded Spruce, Beige, and Real Red.  I just love the beige Need For Tweed DSP, so that was my starting point.  I also wanted to go very traditional Christmas with my images since these are pretty iconic Christmas colors.  I chose Spruced Up for the trees and then added in some candy canes and presents from the set to take in the Festive Friday Challenge and The Paper Players. Snow goes hand in hand with Christmas, so I added the Snowflake Sky embossed background, as well as a larger Iridescent Snowflake behind the trees.  The Sentiment is from Christmas Labels and feels very traditional too.  Some classic Real Red grosgrain ribbon and traditional sparkle sequins round out my classic Christmas card.

Here's a list of my supplies.....

Stamps: Spruced UP, Christmas Labels

Ink: Shaded Spruce, Real Red, Versamark

Paper: Basic Beige, Real Red, White, Shaded Spruce

Accessories: Spruced Up and Christmas Label dies, Snowflake Sky EF, White EP, Real Red grosgrain ribbon, Iridescent Snowflake, Traditional Sparkle Sequins, White Bakers Twine.

Thanks for taking a peek, and have a blessed day!

Blushing Bride Sparkle Snowflake ~ CI200

I made this card to participate in and celebrate Colour Inkspiration's 200th challenge.  I love this challenge group and was anxious to play along!  The team challenged us to pick one of your favorite colors and make a card using only that color.  I was having a difficult time trying to decide which color to choose. I browsed through my instagram profile and based on my older cards I found that I use a lot of pinks or blues.  I settled on pink.  I used retired Blushing Bride simply because this leopard print DSP is one of my all time favorite prints and I was itching to showcase it again.  I also had some Blushing Bride glimmer paper which goes nicely.  The white Snowy Delight snowflake is cut from velvet paper.  In person this looks and feels very 50's glam, with the velvet, sparkle, sequins, gems, and soft pink.  The beautiful sentiment is from the Snow is Glistening set.

Thanks for taking a peek and have a blessed day!
