Thanks For All Your Help ~ HSS367, PP547, TGIFC322

Hello stampers!  Today's card is for Hand Stamped Sentiments Inspiration Photo challenge for June.  I pulled out the colors and used pinks (Blushing Bride, Flirty Flamingo), gold, and greens, along with a little black and white.
I also used the sketch from The Paper Players and the Farmhouse inspiration from TGIF challenges.

Bright Happy Birthday Jar ~ CCMC670

Today's card is for Create with Connie and Mary's new sketch challenge.  I decided to go with this bright, happy jar of flowers.  I picked Polished Pink, Daffodil Delight, Pacific Point, Granny Apple Green, and Bermuda Bay.  I watercolored the flowers after I embossed with Black EP.  I backed the jar with the awesome black and white patterned paper from Pattern Party DSP pack.  This DSP is SO versatile!  I love every single pattern in it and there's a ton....48 sheets!

Perennial Forever After ~ CCMC669, CTC322

Hello stampers!  Today's card is for Create with Connie and Mary and the newest color challenge.  I also used the the Casing the Catty Birthday Section Challenge.  I cased the bottom right card on page 60.  I didn't do the top layer of flowers, but I used the layout.
The flowers I used are from Pretty Perennials, which us just about to retire.  I'm a bit sad about that....I really thought that would be a set that would be carried over to the new catalog.  You just never know!
For the center of the flowers I used the cool new Elegant faceted gems.  I love the way they glammed this card up!

I combined the Tasteful Touches set with Forever Flourishing and Perennial Petals dies to make my card.  I also used the Tasteful Labels dies.
I watercolored the flower from Tasteful Touches and fussy cut it out.
The background paper is from Pattern Party.
I finished my card off with some Polka dot  Tulle ribbon and Calypso Coral that I tied together.

Polished Pink Brushed Blooms ~ CCMC668, PP544

Hello stampers!  Today's card for the new sketch challenge at Create with Connie and Mary.  I want to get a few more cards made with the Brushed Blooms and Beautiful Brushstrokes dies before they retire.  Right now they are on sale, so if you're up for a good deal go pick them up!
I made this one a thank you card using the big sentiment from Ornate Thanks.
The colors I used here are Granny Apple Green, Pool Party, Polished Pink, Black, and White.  These colors seem so summery and really pop against the black.
I also used the theme from Paper Players to get me going.  One of my signs of summer is planting flowers and tending to them to keep them beautiful.  It's a lot of work, but I love the way they look in my yard and I also love the happy feeling you get when you look at all the brilliant colors!
Polished Pink is actually my favorite flower color!  I shall now refer to all my bright pink flowers as Polished Pink!

Thanks for taking a peek and have a blessed day!

Calypso Papaya Freebirds ~ CCMC 667, SSC258, PP543

Hello stampers!  Today's card is for the new color challenge at Create with Connie and Mary.  We're using Calypso Coral, Pale Papaya, and Pear Pizzazz.
I rarely use Calypso Coral and haven't used the new Pale Papaya yet, so this was a fun challenge to get some newer colors into my palette.
I used the sketch from Sunday Stamps and the inspiration of the Tic Tac Toe challenge at The Paper Players to help me design my card.  I used bottom/across for the Tic Tac Toe.....heat embossing, DSP, and white.
The white is actually pearl....it's the die cut piece the birds are sitting on.  The new pearl paper is so, so pretty in real life!
I sponged the flower DSP from Playful Patterns with Pear Pizzazz ink to get the look I desired.
