Blue Dino Birthday ~ HSS482, CI203

Hello friends! Today's card is for Hand Stamped Sentiments sketch challenge #482. I've never been a huge fan of repeating patterns on my cards (I'm not sure why), so I chose to break it up by using two different, cute dinosaurs with some fun balloons and make this a little boy birthday card.  I used the color combination from Colour Inspiration #203 featuring Azure Afternoon, Balmy Blue, and Smokey Slate.....perfect for a sweet boy card!

Birthday Sister Shades of Purple ~ Stampin Fancy Friday, JAI779, TTTC286

Hello friends! I made today's card for a sweet friend who needed a special card for her sister.  The sister is a fan of purples and blues. 

This falls perfectly in line with the Shades Of Purple Challenge from Stampin' Fancy Friday. 

I'm also joining with Just Add Ink sketch challenge #779 and Tic Tac Toe Challenge #286, using ink blending, florals, and Sentiment strip.

Consume Cocktails 21st Birthday ~ CI202, CTC555

Hello friends! Today's card is a custom order I fulfilled for someone's special birthday.  I knew I could use the colors from Colour Inkspiration and make some super fun cocktails using a favorite of mine, {Cheers and Sips}. I also used {Love You More Than} for the sentiments to complete the cocktail theme.  I also used Casing the Catty's case a template Challenge. I loosely cased the scrapbook page layout, circled below, transforming it into card form. I played off the circles by using my dots Basics EF. 

I used blending brushes to achieve the color in the cocktail glasses.

Love You More Than Coffee ~ HSS481, IB373

Hi friends! Today's card is for Hand Stamped Sentiments color challenge for February and the colors are perfect for a Valentines card! I recently picked up the last chance set More Than Autumn, and I'm super happy I did! I love the cutesy donuts and coffees, as well as all the other goodies this set has. I know I'll be using it quite a bit. 

I brushed on a bunch of Wink of Stella onto the hearts on the front of the coffee cups, the whipped cream, and the donut sprinkles. It doesn't really show in the photo, but it has a ton of shimmer in real life!

I'm also playing along with Inspired By Challenge #373 and The Paper Players "love is in the air" challenge #771.

Seasonal Aspens ~ HSS480, JAI777, TCC223

Hello!  Today's card is for Hand Stamped Sentiments Photo Inspiration Challenge #480.  I was inspired by the tree photo mainly.  I knew right away I wanted to use my Aspen tree dies and the coordinating stamp set, which includes the cut, fat little bird.  I don't know why, but I've always liked fat little birds. This little guy has been laying on my desk for over two years, I'm certain.  I've held onto him because I knew there would be a project for him some day!  Today was the day! I was experimenting with coloring him using only blending brushes. I feel like he was destined to be perched in these wintery aspens and Pines on this card today. This wintery seasonal scene is also perfect for Just Add Ink's Just Add Something Seasonal Challenge.  Here in NE Montana we've been having a lot of winter fog.  It coats the trees with frost an makes things so beautiful!  That's what this card brings to mind. Everything is white and icy blue.  I'm also playing along with The Card Concept color challenge.  The bird fits perfectly within the challenge colors.  I'm considering Cloud Cover color more of a neutral.

Nature's Symphony Great Guy ~ HSS479

Hello!  Today's card is for Hand Stamped Sentiments first challenge for 2026, which is a sketch challenge.  I decided to not only follower the sketch, but also use the neutral colors from the sketch, as well.  I pulled out my new Nature's Symphony set, as well at the main focal leaf sprig from Covered In Flowers Accents.  The crosshatch stamp in background is an oldie, but goodie from Notes of Nature. 

The neutrals I used were Crumb Cake, Very Vanilla, Gray Granite, Secret Sea, and a little bit of Early Espresso ink. I wanted to use the "Guy" sentiment from the Nature's Symphony and I thought the neutral colors keep the card more on the masculine side.  The sentiment is stamped on a strip of watercolor paper.  I liked the little bit of texture it has.
