Newsprint Tulips ~ CCMC341 & ColourQ279

I loved the sketch over at CCMC this week and was hoping to get time to play along, and the color challenge at ColourQ provided me the perfect opportunity to use my new {Love is Kindness} stamp.  I figured it was a match made in heaven since the challenge called for using newsprint!

I went slightly vintage and added some Crumb Cake on the newsprint wrap as well as the {Dictionary} background and sponged edges.  I also sneaked in a little gold with the twine and sequins.

Here's a list of my supplies....
Stamps: Love is Kindness, Dictionary
Paper: Vanilla, Black
Ink: Memento Black, Crumb Cake, and Blendabilites (Cherry Cobbler, Old Olive, Crumb Cake)
Accessories: Striped grosgrain ribbon, Gold bakers twine, Gold sequin trim, Pretty Print EF

Thanks for taking a peek!
