Halloween Inspiration ~ HSS349, CTC287

Hello stampers!  Today's card is for Hand Stamped Sentiments September inspiration challenge.  I took my inspiration from the upper right hand photo and played off the colors from the jack o lantern picture.  I also used Casing The Catty's case a tree project from the mini catty.  I cased the card in the middle on page 43.  

I used a mix of current and retired product.  The current products are the stamp set (Snow Front), the Black Glittered Organdy Ribbon, the colors (Terricotta Tile, Black), and the Whale of a Time sequins.  The retired products are the Trick or Treat sentiment from Good Greetings, and the DSP.

All In Colors ~ CCMC630

Hey stampers!  Today's card is for Create with Connie and Mary Challenge.  This weeks challenge is a 5 color combo....all the new IN COLORS!  

This was a fun one to put together.  I thoroughly enjoyed coloring the bouquet from Ornate Style with my Blends.  I watercolor washed the Ornate Layers die cut with Bumblebee and embossed the white background with the Ornate Floral embossing folder.  The sentiment is from Tasteful Touches and embossed in white on black cardstock.  I cut out each word and adhered them on top of the flower bunch.

Simply Wonderful Fall ~ HSS348

Today's card is for Hand Stamped Sentiments new color challenge and what a beautiful fall trio!  

I thought the flowers from Bloom and Grow would be so pretty colored in these colors, so I grabbed my Blends and went to work!  I added gold embossing to the sentiment to tie in the gold foil filigree in the DSP.

Thanks a Bunch Sunflowers ~ CCMC629

Hello stampers!  Today's card is for Create with Connie and Mary's new sketch challenge for September.  

I stamped the large sunflower on the three panels of the wood plank paper from In Good Taste with Early Espresso ink and then added a slight bit of color with my blender pen and Bumblebee ink.

Jade Seascape ~ CCMC628

Hello stampers!  Today's card is for Create with Connie and Mary's new color challenge featuring Pretty Peacock, Night of Navy and Just Jade.  What a great color combo, right?  These three colors compliment each other so nicely.  

I decided to go beachy with my card and used the good old High Tide set.  I thought the lighthouse would be great in Pretty Peacock and Just Jade and I think I was right!  I added in just a bit of Sahara Sand for the beachy sand for the Just Jade grass to grow in.  After I had my seascape stamped I ran the whole thing through my Big Shot with the Subtle EF.  I love the slight texture it gives.  

I used the feather stamp from Tasteful Touches to create the background on the Pretty Peacock card base.  I love the way that looks!
