Beautiful Bunch Bouquet ~ HSS312, AYSI197

Hello stampers!  Today's card is my design team card for Hand Stamped Sentiments Color Challenge #312 featuring Call Me Clover, Flirty Flamingo, and Lovely Lipstick.  I also used the sketch from As You See It #197 for inspiration.

I achieved the variation in color in my flowers by stamping off once before stamping a few of the flowers.  I love the difference this makes!

Here's a list of my supplies....
Stamps: Beautiful Bouquet, Jar of Love, Needle and Thread
Ink: Call Me Clover, Flirty Flamingo, Lovely Lipstick
Paper: White
Accessories: Bouquet Bunch framelits, Everyday Jars framelits, Linen Thread, Pearls, Stitched Rectangle framelits

BlackBerry and Mint Dashing Deer ~ CCMC531, AYSI136, SUOC209

Hello there stampers!  Today's card is for this lovely color trio from Create with Connie and Mary.  I decided to use two of my new stamp sets from the Holiday catalog: Dashing Deer with the Detailed Deer Thinlit dies, and Winter Woods.
I used the sketch from As You See It #136 to help me with my design.  I'm also adding this card to Stampin Up Only Challenges #209 Holiday Catalog.

Other holiday catalog products used on my card can be seen in the photo below....Buffalo Check, Corrugated TIEF, Galvanized metallic paper, and Galvanized buttons.

I also embossed the entire card front with the Subtle TIEF and then spritzed it with a shimmer spray made from Frost White shimmer paint and alcohol. The deer are also spritzed as well.
Lastly, I accessorized with some retired Blackberry Bliss ribbon, Linen Thread, and silver pearls.

Here's a list of my supplies....
Stamps: Dashing Deer and Winter Woods
Ink: Crumb Cake, Blackberry Bliss, Mint Macron
Paper: Mint Macron, Blackberry Bliss, Crumb Cake, Galvanized Metallic
Accessories: Galvanized button, corrugated TIEF, Sublte TIEF, Detailed Deer Thinlits, Silver pearls, Blackberry Bliss ribbon, Linen Thread, Frost White shimmer paint

Saffron Pacific Poppy Hello ~ CCMC422, TGIFC171, AYSI131

Hello stampers!  I've got a two for one sketch challenge for our Create With Connie and Mary challenge this week.  I knew I wanted to use Accented Blooms and I wanted to incorporate the colors from TGIF challenge #171 which were So Saffron, Poppy Parade, and Pacific Point.  I also decided to watercolor again (an obsession), which is why I played along with As You See It's obsession challenge #131. I must also say that I'm obsessed with embossing folders in general but especially the basket weave one!
The first card I made is below.  After I made it I wasn't too sure about the combination of thee colors and the layout, so I redid it (above), only this time I used Blends markers and blender pens with ink pads to add the color to the flowers.  After finishing the second card, which was a bit more subtle and monochromatic, I couldn't decide which one I liked best.  I even polled my family and they came up undecided as well, so I thought I'd just go ahead a post them both!  I chose to go with the more monochromatic one as my main card for the post, since it fit the sketch just a little better.  I just love the mesh polka dot ribbon for embellishing cards like this.  It adds a bit of texture and fun but doesn't over-power the card at all.

Here's a list of my supplies.....
card #1
Stamps: Accented Blooms
Ink: Poppy Parade, Mint Macron, & Daffodil Delight Blends markers; So Saffron, Pacific Point, Memento Tuxedo Black
Paper: Whisper White, So Saffron
Accessories: Polka dot tulle ribbon, Basket weave TIEF, Tailored Tag punch

card #2
Stamps: Accented Blooms
Ink: Poppy Parade, Pacific Point, So Saffron, Pear Pizzazz, Crumb Cake, Stazon Black
Paper: Watercolor, Whisper White, So Saffron, Pacific Point, Poppy Parade
Accessories: Pacific Point Stitched ribbon, Basket weave TIEF, rhinestones

So, there you have it!  Two for one sketch challenge!  I hope you'll be able to play along with us at CCMC this week!
Thanks for taking a peek and have a blessed day!

Graduation Party! ~ HSS264, AYSI149

Hello there stampers and welcome to another Hand Stamped Sentiments challenge!  We've got a yummy color trio to inspire you this time!  They seem so summery, don't they?
I'm smack in the middle of graduation card making, so that's where my mind went.  I also used the sketch challenge from As You See It to help me along.  I figured these colors lent themselves well for party balloons and what's graduation without balloons?  Boring, I say!

We hope you'll join us for our two week color challenge!
Thanks for taking a peek and have a blessed day!
