CAS Fall Thanks ~ HSS302, PP417, FF0020

Hello stampers!  Today's card is for our new challenge at Hand Stamped Sentiments.  It's a color challenge this time and uses Merry Merlot, Crushed Curry, and Pumpkin Pie.  To me, it says fall leaves.  I decided to take the clean and simple route by masking off a section of my Whisper White card front and sponging on each one of the challenge colors.  I then stamped leaves from Painted Harvest in the coordinating colors.
After removing the mask, I ran it through the Big Shot using the woodland embossing folder--first on one side of the masked image and then the other.  I laid two strips of Gold Foil paper on each side colored area to give it a little glitz.  I finished things off with a wooden button, a couple leaves punched with the leaf punch (snipped to be smaller), gold embossed sentiment banner, and a simple gold metallic cord tied into a bow.
I thought this all fit nicely into the Paper Players Challenge #447, and Festive Friday #0020

Autumn Wreath ~ HSS300, GDP159, PP413

Hello stampers!  Another couple of weeks has rolled around and it's time for another Hand Stamped Sentiments challenge!  This time it's fall themed inspiration photos.
I've been having such a blast using my Stamparatus to make Christmas wreaths I decided to go ahead and try a fall wreath as well! I combined two sets to make my wreath: Peaceful Noel and Painted Harvest.
My card also fits into the Fall in Love theme at Global Design Project this week, as well as The Paper Players Trees and Leaves theme.

Here's a list of my supplies....
Stamps: Peaceful Noel, Painted Harvest, Country Home (sentiment)
Paper: Soft Suede, Foil Frenzy, Joyous Noel glimmer paper, Very Vanilla
Ink: Pumpkin Pie, Soft Suede, Cajun Craze, Crumb Cake, Crushed Curry, Blackberry Bliss
Accessories: Stamparatus, Duet Banner punch, Copper/Merry Merlot ribbon

Thanks for taking a peek and have a blessed day!

Foil Frenzy Painted Harvest ~ HSS279

Hello stampers!  Today I'm sharing with you a card I made for the newest Hand Stamped Sentiments Challenge.  When I first looked at these colors I didn't know what to do.  They are so summery and I'm still in Christmas/Winter card making mode.  Believe it or not, I finally just got this Painted Harvest set.  I know, I know, I'm late to the party!  Hey, better late than never, right?!  Anyway, I thought the two step stamps of this set might make for a nice match for this color combo.  I stamped the sunflower in Daffodil Delight and topped it with Calypso Coral and then stamped the leaves in Lemon Lime Twist and topped them with Bermuda Bay.
For the background I went for (again my new) Foil Frenzy DSP.  I think it's actually Old Olive, but it could also double for Lemon Lime Twist....and that's what I'm doing with it!  I paired it with Calypso Coral retired DSP and stuck with those to main color so it wouldn't get too busy.  I stamped the sentiment in Bermuda Bay to showcase that color a bit more too.  I really enjoyed the way this came out in the end!

I hope you'll be able to join us in this challenge!

Thanks for taking a peek and have a blessed day!
