Sympathy for CQC145 & FMS43

I needed a Sympathy card as my good friends' great granny passed away recently.
This was the first card made with my brand new set Everything Eleanor.  Again, I've used scraps that were laying around my desk.  I started out with the Vanilla peice that was already cut and stamped on with the French Script backround stamp.  I added the flowers and watercolored them with my watercolor pencils and a blender pen.   I thought the sketch was great for this card, but flipped it on it's side to accomodate my flowers.

I added the Daffodil ribbon with an Antique brad to complete the look.
Here's a list of the supplies.....
Stamps: Everything Eleanor, French Script, TLC (Close To My Heart)
Paper: Chocolate Chip CS & DP, More Mustard, Sunny Days DP, In Color DP, Very Vanilla
Ink: Stazon Black, Chocolate Chip
Accessories: Antique Brad, Daffodil Seam Binding ribbon, Framelits Dies, Watercolor Pencils, Blender pen
Thanks for taking a peek!

Fresh Vintage for CTD185 & PP88

This lovely card is for The Paper Players Sketch Challenge 88 and Color Throwdown 185.

I colored the image with markers using Regal Rose, Lucky Limeade and a touch of Basic Gray.  These colors are so fresh and spring-y!  I'm pleased with the way the whole thing came together!  The backround paper is Lucky Limeade DP and I think the pattern feels vintage and compliments the flower image so nice. I added some Dazzling Diamonds glitter here and there on the flower image to make it sparkle....very girly and fun!
Here's a list of supplies I used with this card....
Stamps: Fresh Vintage, Silouette Sentiments
Paper: Black, Lucky Limeade DP, Regal Rose, Basic Gray, White
Ink: Regal Rose, Lucky Limeade, Basic Gray, Black
Accessories: Brights Buttons, Dazzling Diamonds, Scallop Dot Ribbon, Ruffled Ribbon, Modern Label, Word Window, Corner Rounder & Decorative Label punches
Thanks for taking a peek!

Fancy Bird Branch ~ RS2 & PP86

I wanted to make a card for The Paper Players color challenge 86 because the pallette was so soft and pretty.  I used the Retro Sketches #2 sketch again.  I thought the layout lent itself nicely to this bird stamp.

The birds are a solid stamp and I wanted to give them some interest, so I used the kissing technique.  I inked the birds in Sahara Sand and then inked up the fancy-scrolly-medalion looking stamp from the Bliss set in Chocolate Chip, kissed them together, then stamped it on a piece of Very Vanilla. Voila!  Fancy birds!  I really like the way it turned out.  You can barely see it in the pic, but I stamped FOR YOU underneath the birds in Celery ink.
Here's a list of the supplies I used......
Stamps: Birds (Inkadinkadoo), Just Believe, Bliss, Fresh Vintage
Paper: Crumb Cake, Wisteria Wonder, Pool Party, Very Vanilla
Ink: Sahara Sand, Chocolate Chip, Certainly Celery, Crumb Cake
Accessories: half pearls, ribbon border punch, other border punch (EK Success), Cuttlebug EF
