I just love this stamp! It's so beautiful, fun and versatile! I made this card for CAS(E) this Sketch 109 & Nacho Average Challenge 128.

I've stated before that I'm not a real Clean and Simple kinda gal....and I suppose if you look at this card it's not really that clean and simple with all the extras. :) But, I liked the simplicity of the sketch and the fact that you could do just about anything you want with it. I had had this tree scene in mind when I first looked at the sketch......and then I saw the color combo at NAC this morning.....I raced down to my craft space and cranked this one out in no time! I love it when that happens. It wasn't forced at all!
I stamped the tree in Smokey Slate, the leaves in Pink Pirouette and added a few little leaves in Blushing Bride. The little silver butterfly was added to cover up a smudge and that's how the bigger butterflies were added to the sky also! I love to peruse Pinterest for inspiration and ideas (I mean, who doesn't!) and I came across a drawing of a tree that had sparkles all over in the branches. I knew I wanted to incorporate that idea with this stamp set.
For the side panel I used a strip of the new resist DSP from Sale-a-bration. I sponged Blushing Bride on the bottom and graduated the color into Pink Pirouette. I love how that turned out....very subtle. I also added a little strip of brushed silver cardstock and some silver trim that I got at a craft store.
I'm totally in love with this card and how quick it came together!
