I thought the color combo over at Play Date Cafe was interesting this week and was determined to play along. I used the sketch from Freshly Made Sketches too.
I had this awesome polka dotted Tangerine Tango designer paper from Scaringbone & Howlingstooth paper pack and wanted to use it for a fun project....this fit the bill. Stampin' Up doesn't have a mint color in their line-up anymore, so I used the closest thing I had, which was some retired Sage Shadow designer paper. I think it works though! For the light peach I used Peach Parfait.
Here's a list of supplies.....
Stamps: Curly Cute
Paper: Peach Parfait, Scaringbone & Howlingstooth and Sage Shadow DP
Ink: Sage Shadow, Tangerine Tango
Accessories: Blossom Party die, Build a Brad, Blossom builder punch, Martha Stewart border punch
Thanks for taking a peek!

Wonderful combo of both challenges, Jenny!
ReplyDeleteGreat job with both challenges. Your flower is beautiful. I really like the way you made it come to life with the sponging. Thanks for sharing with us at Freshly Made Sketches!
