I'm Here!

Well, hello blogland!  I've been MIA for a short period of time.  Since my kids got out of school we hit the ground running.  Eight year old in baseball, 15 year old in drivers training, and my almost 17 year old is in the workforce.  To top that off, my church (which has a small congregation because I live in a small community) has been remodeling and carpeting our entire building.  We have tried to do most of the work ourselves to save on costs.  We are under a time crunch because there will be a wedding there this weekend!  Busy, but so worth it!  The result will be a beautiful church for a beautiful wedding!  Needless to say, I need a card for that wedding, so I chose the colors from Dynamic Duos 55 to do the job.  I'm not a huge fan of this combo, but I thought it'd be pretty for a wedding card.  I also used the sketch from Fab Friday 19.
I'm not going to spend much time explaining my card, because frankly I just don'e have it!  I'm off and running again today!  So here's a couple more looks at it.

  1. Love your cute details; the knot on the flower, the graduating sizes of rhinestones and the vellum! Great card…I'm sure the newly married couple will love it! Thanks for sharing at Fab Friday!

  2. Oh what a cute card! I like the pop of the colors with the black and like Amanda all the details! Thanks for playing at Fab Fri!

  3. Very pretty card!! That is a great idea for the rhinestones!!! Thank you for joining us at Fab Friday!!!
