It's Create with Connie and Mary's Thursday Challenge #352! This week's challenge is a soft a pretty color combination....Wild Wasabi, Soft Sky, and Basic Grey.
First, I did the whitewash technique on the flowers for my main image. I colored the flower head with my Soft Sky marker and blended it with my blender pen. I colored the stems with my Wasabi marker.
I used my brayer on the Beautifully Baroque background. I inked half the bayer in Soft Sky and the other half in Wild Wasabi and brayered right up the middle of the cardstock (after it was embossed). The Soft Sky seam binding ribbon, pearls and little peek of doily all work together to make the card look delicate.
Here's a list of my supplies....
Stamps: Bloom with Hope
Ink: Wild Wasabi, Soft Sky, White Craft
Paper: Smokey Slate, Wild Wasabi, Soft Sky, Whisper White
Accessories: Soft Sky seam binding ribbon, pearls, Beautifully Baroque EF, White EP, Doily, Brayer
Thanks for taking a peek!
